On a quantum level, we are all made of energy that creates matter. Soul and consciousness, represents the entity of energy, so the question is wetter the consistence of that energy could be preserved after death.
Studying a near death experience, a professor at the University of Arizona Dr. Stuart Hameroff, said upon death the quantum information that inhabits the nervous system leaves the body and dissipates into the universe.
DT Rebuttal; Quantum consciousness does not reside in the micro tubules of the brain cells,but in the Universal Mind itself. The “cosmic brain” is like a universal computer that interacts with the human brain or on a much smaller scale, a fleshy computer collecting all earthy memories. This computer like any physical computers and the human body is designed to disintegrate after death.
As long as science keep disassociating the human brain with our local solar system and rejecting its spiritual contingencies, there will be no plausible way for them to gather real understanding to what “cosmic” consciousness is all about.
Dr. Stuart Hameroff, M.D, like Neil deGrasse and company alike, are not cosmic conscious and those hard core scientists know nothing of the cosmic code jurisdictions.

DT Rebuttal; Dr. Stuart Hameroff, M.D is very confused at best and truly believes one day science will beat death and bring human back alive on earth. Knowing we have little time to stop science destroying the planet , this not a feasible probability.

Upon death, theory says this information is released from your body, meaning that your consciousness goes with it or could get back in a ‘near death experience’, which is solid proof of consciousness consistence.
DT Rebuttal; Sir Roger Penrose, like Dr. Stuart Hameroff, M.D, Neil deGrasse and all traditionally educated physicists’ natal UCI are much too rigid to enter the archetypal realm of cosmic supra – consciousness. And this make them unable to embrace the tangibility and eternity of the Universal mind and billions of other worlds.
Unlike Mars, which is part of a spiritual group of planets making up our local solar system, the reincarnated soul will be designed by God to live on those far away constellations. But life on those worlds can not be measured nor translated by today’s human limited psychical blueprint.
Educated or not, God does not allow its children to enter the world of the spirit and make sense of its divine complexity. For religious people and atheists; God is much too big and much to Divine to come here on earth, or on a hell he created to make you a better person. If the soul succeed and perform well on this dense physical world, there is no reason for coming back “on hell” instead the spirit moves on to a much higher vibrational system. Often readers ask me why my predictive work is always negative and if I will ever have good news to share with them. Indeed I have, but first it is important not to blame me for the immensity of unlucky people suffering cosmic ignorance which is always the main reason for their troubles.

For example, some folks may decide to fly, visit family, get married, sign contracts or go on a cruise etc. after the full moon or worse, during one of their negative cosmic biorhythms. The lucky ones will come back with terrible experiences to share, some with serious ailments, and many will perish needlessly because no one told them about God’s cosmic laws.

Because those rules are unknown to the majority of people, ridicule by science or forbidden by religion, does not mean they are not real, and I can not be blamed for reporting the heavy penalty when all I am trying to do is to help you!
My current SOS To The World for November 19th, 20th and 21st speak of such lack of cosmic wisdom and the list of human victims is endless… We all seek hopes and protection from God or whatever resonate with our early education, but is God really listening to your prayers?
When things goes from bad to worse, all we can do is to hope and fight harder… At 65 I had plenty time to exercise my will with so many of those dramatic episodes ruining my life! First I had to deal with the loss of my dad, then my brother at age eleven. Then, all along losing so many close friends and wonderful pets and so much more hell in between! And while this is life’ inescapable challenges, the worse that can happen to anyone is to lose health.
A few years ago I managed to fight and beat cancer, then valley fever and pneumonia came along and when I thought the worse was over, I have now to undergo spinal surgery. Literally when the “S- hit the fan”if you are not cosmically prepared and do not know the reasons for such a challenging time, “waiting for the light at the end of the tunnel” may be impossible.
For some, the pain and suffering is much too difficult to handle and suicide is the only way out.
If I was not aware of the 2014 Arian Draconis cursing my second house of money and my third thinking house, or the real cosmic reasons for our painful challenges, I do not know how I would handle what many people would classify as a bad “curse.”
Many years ago, when I was forced into a divorce, I did not know then that the Dragon was right into my marriage house, and today with all my accumulated wisdom, I can finally understand that life is a constant process of endless cosmic changes.
I had no idea of the emotional ravage awaiting me, all I know is; there were no many tears left in me as I slowly and painfully died to a new section of my life!
What I did not know is was a “blessing in disguise” for the arrival of my real soul mate Terania. Who I was then and obviously what my ex needed did not match me and the break brought my true needs instead.
There is no anger to nurture when someone drops you, this person is human like you, also undergoing deep and dramatic psychological and painful changes. The rational reason for divorcing someone or a friend are endless and handled professionally by the experts.
But most of the time the graduate pro are cosmic unconscious with absolutely no awareness of the cosmic code jurisdictions. This does not make those people idiots or less intelligent than any of my Astropsychology students, simply less informed, that’s all!
Imagine for a second, if all practicing psychologists or psychiatrists in the world were cosmic conscious and how much this rare cosmic foresight would add to their own traditional repertoire of wisdom?
In no way will an engine propelling a car or an airplane work efficiently if it is not tuned properly. The same apply with your life, now and then the airplane and your body will break down and need repairs.
You may be in a much worse situation than mine but what I have learned is, constant challenges and depressions will in time take a serious toll on your body, mind and soul. Indeed, a constant flux of negative thoughts do alter the atomic structures of the human body and a breakup is inevitable.
This is why reading, educating, knowing and using the divine accordingly is a major contribution to stay healthy and regenerate your spirit properly!
While you can repair the human body with all sorts of wonderful medical tools, you can not fix a desperate soul and a deteriorating spirit with wrenches! And sad enough antidepressants can only make your situation much worse in the long run and will lead to suicide.
When dealing with the stresses of life, it is always a good idea to compare yourself to those who are worse situations. Imagine for a second if you were living in a third world where food and water is scarce, with no option for education and accursed by a disease such as Ebola? If you are in the US or any modernized countries you are already very lucky because of the many options available to you.
While it is easy to complain about everything that goes wrong in your life, maybe try concentrating on your personal cosmic design instead and what God has written in light for your fate! Cast your fears away, take a chance on Dr. Turi because this is what will bring your emotional, financial and spiritual stability back.
Doing so will make you aware of those cosmic forces at work and why God can not hear your prayers just now. Once more, if I did not know what I know today I would have a much rougher time and could only blame everyone and everything around me!

Remember the future is nothing else than the reincarnation of the thoughts and knowing all about your current cosmic station in life is the answer you need to move confidently forward again.

I know you’ve written articles about this before but I’d like to see you write another one not just addressing single men but all of the sh*tty men in general in our country. These men today aren’t men…they’re boys. They act like little children. Playing video games all day, not interested in careers, can’t stay in relationships. I’m only 32 and I’m about to give up even looking! I thought I found real men twice but both of those ended when we were still engaged because I found out they were full of sh*t and not the kind of men I want to be with. There’s been plenty of other losers before them and after them.
Failed relationships after failed relationship and every single one ended because the man was an assh*le or worse. This is how it is for women today. There aren’t any real men left so we have no where to turn. The guys we are left to deal with are either jerks or needy and clingy, non-motivated p*ssies. Men aren’t ready to be responsible and reliable anymore. They only put on that front until you get to know them better and then the truth comes out. I know what I deserve as a woman, and it’s better than what these men/boys are offering. I guess I’ll be single for the rest of my life.
I thought of writing this all to you after this weekend when I went out with a guy I recently met. No manners, no chivalry, he couldn’t look me in the eye and have a conversation. He was dressed like a slob and he mumbled too much. Finally we went back to his house and he suggested we watched a movie. He wanted to watch X-Men which shouldn’t have been a surprise to me. The next morning he said he couldn’t bring me back to my house because he had to go the opposite direction for work (at least this one had a job :\) so I ended up calling a cab. It just seems like this is the only kind of man left.
It’s a f**ked up situation because women are always forced to settle or just be alone. I’m not needy or demanding but I want a man who is a man. A man who with ambitions and goals and who can be strong for me. Basically, do you have a brother Matt? Seriously why do you think this is happening? Where are all the real men? I’m glad you understand how it is because most men get all offended when you talk about this. The truth is that the dating world is harder for women because so many of these guys suck and we know we deserve better.

You say you’re a fan, and I appreciate that. I don’t really need fans, only readers, but I’m thankful for your patronage. And I’m sorry that you’re about to be severely disappointed by my response.
Now, before I get to alienating another loyal reader, first I’ll agree that you are not alone in feeling this way. There are, as you say, many other women out there who blame men for their troubles. There are many women who make sweeping generalizations about men and then use those generalizations to rationalize all of their personal and romantic failures.
There are many women who’ve been divorced multiple times and burned through an infinite number of other less committed relationships, yet still believe that every single doomed coupling can be hung entirely around the necks of those dirty, dastardly men. There are many women who say that there are no ‘real men,’ but who’ve never stopped to consider what it takes to be a ‘real woman,’ and whether they live up to that standard.
Notice, I say ‘many’ women. Not all or every or most. Many. I’d estimate the number of women in this category probably mirrors the number of men in the category you describe. And the members of both clubs commiserate amongst themselves, pointing their fingers at the other group, wondering why God or the Universe or Whatever External Force chose to saddle them with an existence constantly plagued and encumbered by the myriad shortcomings of the opposite gender.
But of course the two clubs still have mixers where they get together and there’s a lot of sex and a lot of regret and a lot of blaming. Always blaming. Meanwhile, women who are not in the Blame Men Sorority carry on meeting, forming relationships with, and marrying decent guys, as men not in the Blame Women Fraternity likewise meet, form relationships with, and marry decent ladies. All we outsiders can do is scratch our heads and wonder how we managed to find a romantic partner who supposedly doesn’t exist.
I’m not sure precisely how many women belong to the club or how many men belong to the other one, but I do know that, according to this study, women are more likely to blame their significant others for their relationship problems, and even, according to this study, more likey to blame the other driver in a car accident.
Interesting data. I can’t say I’m completely surprised.
Now, as you referenced, I have in fact written posts challenging men, including myself, to man up, grow up, and get our act together. I have talked about the struggles and sins of modern men, and I do not regret or retract any of those statements. The post in particular that you seem to have latched onto, this one, came from a very sincere place in my heart, and I’m glad that I wrote it. But I’m not glad that, because of my ‘Dear Single Men’ piece, I find myself regularly fielding messages just like yours, from women like you, who’ve found unintended validation in my words.
I’ve long desired to write a follow up — one directed at the ladies for a change — but I’ve stopped myself every time because I know that whatever I say will be written off as ‘paternalistic’ or ‘misogynistic’ or ‘sexist’ or some other applicable -ic or -ist. But your message has finally prompted me to take this dangerous plunge.
Please understand that, although I’m talking to you and addressing your situation specifically, everything I’m saying also serves as a response to the many other emails which I did not or could not address individually.
OK. With that established, here’s my three word summarized reaction to everything you said: it’s your fault. Also see: get over it and stop finger pointing.
What I mean is, ‘men’ aren’t the problem, Rebecca. It’s you. You’re the one. You’re the common denominator. You’re to blame. There has been one person conspicuously involved in all of Rebecca’s romantic flops, and her name is Rebecca. Maybe you should take a look at her for a change.
Frankly, it seems that when you refer to ‘men’ you aren’t even talking about a group of actual human beings. ‘Men’ have become an abstract idea, a conceptual manifestation of everything that’s wrong with your life. If men exist at all in your world, they exist only as vehicles for your misery.
Consider that, for ritual purification, the Ancient Syrians used to cast a goat out into the wastelands. The literal scapegoat was supposed to carry the sins of the town into the nether regions, where it and its spiritual luggage would die and decay. What you’ve done with men is just a more efficient, animal-friendly version of this strategy. You’ve saddled them with your personal baggage and sent them to the desert to perish. You’ve made a scapegoat of the entire gender.
Let’s borrow a recent example from your own life.
You went on a date with a man who, you claim, had no manners. Maybe that’s true, or maybe you’re so desperate to find fault in every male on the planet that he was fated to be labeled a boorish dolt no matter what he did or said. You also mention that he ‘couldn’t look you in the eyes and have a conversation.’ Maybe. Maybe he was nervous. Maybe he has social anxieties. Maybe he tried to talk to you but he sensed your stand-offish, snobbish demeanor and it made him uncomfortable. I don’t know. I wasn’t there. Maybe he wasn’t as bad as you say, or maybe he actually was a big, awkward, uncouth, stammering warthog. You seem to have come to latter conclusion very early on in the evening, yet you still chose to go back to his place.
What does that say about you, Rebecca? Look in the mirror and ask yourself what it says aboutyou that you came back to this man’s house even though you were apparently disgusted by him.
That’s a choice you made. You. Not him. You.
He continued to fumble and falter well into the night, committing the unconscionable sin of revealing himself to be a fan of the X-Men film franchise. The uncultured, lethargic lout only succeeded in finding more ways to repulse and offend you as time wore on, yet you were never put off enough to decline the invitation to stay over.
Here’s the thing, Rebecca: I was always told that if I want to attract a good woman, I have to be a good man. Admittedly, I managed to attract a good woman despite being a horribly flawed and sinful man, but there is still wisdom in this idea even if it doesn’t always hold true. The point is, you have to work on improving yourself if you want to end up with a man who is equally intent on improving himself.
Not all men are desperate, drooling oafs straight out of some cliched beer commercial. There are plenty of hardworking, engaging, dependable, morally upright men out there, but they won’t come knocking on your door just because you’ve announced that you’re a ‘woman who deserves it.’
Rebecca, you’re willing to essentially typecast a man because he plays with video games and watches superhero movies, but have you ever considered that you might be the victim of similar assumptions because you sleep with dudes you just met? Of course, ‘victim’ isn’t the right word. You’ve earned the assumptions. I’m not saying that you ought to be alone for the rest of your life, but I am pointing out that you are eager to jump to profound conclusions about a man based on the most superficial of flaws, without stopping to consider what conclusions might be drawn about you based on slightly more significant character traits.
Then again, this guy was willing to sleep with you on the first date just as you were with him. He’s not innocent in the transaction, and neither are you. It sounds like, right now, you two are evenly matched. You look at him and see yourself, and you hate him for it.
We hear all of the handwringing about the decline of masculinity and the disappearance of ‘real men,’ yet very little is ever said about the corresponding deterioration of femininity. It’s strange that you purport to care about ‘manners and chivalry’ yet your email was vulgar and overly aggressive, at times coming across like dialogue out of a middle school boys’ locker room.
‘P*ssy’? Really? A 32-year-old woman using a word like that to describe men while simultaneously complaining that men aren’t courteous? I bet the ones who are courteous just get written off as ‘p*ssies’ anyway, so it’s a lose-lose. A lose-lose for you, especially, because in the end you’re the only one who has to pay for your extremely unappealing attitude.
By your account, you’ve had two broken engagements, and both were the fault of the men who were allegedly ‘full of sh*t.’ Maybe they were. But it is, from a mathematical perspective, almost impossible for one human being to have two failed engagements without being at least partially to blame. In fact, in the history of human relationships, only a very, very, very tiny fraction of them have ever soured or splintered due completely to the actions and choices of one person. It’s been my experience, both personally and as a student of history and an observer of people (as creepy as that sounds), that fractured and strained relationships can rarely be broken down into a clear Bad Person vs Good Person dichotomy. And, on the rare occasion when things are actually that simple, it’s just as likely to be Bad Woman vs Good Guy as it is to be Bad Guy vs Good Woman.
In short, Rebecca, I’m playing the odds here and assuming that you were probably not the victim of both spoiled engagements, just as you are not the victim of your other fruitless romantic endeavors. You are a participant, a catalyst, a cause.
So where are the Real Men, you ask? All around. Don’t look to me as an example — I’m average on my best day — but you can look in millions of other places. I have them in my family, I have them as friends, I’ve had them as coworkers, neighbors, and elected representatives. OK, maybe not elected representatives, but definitely coworkers, neighbors, friends, and family. These are not perfect or flawless men, but they are decent, honest, and kind. You say you cannot find such a guy, yet I come across them every single day of my life.
What am I — lucky? Have I located the only remaining pocket of Real Men? Are my circumstances that extraordinary?
I’d love to be so special, but I tend to doubt it. I think I’m a normal guy living a normal life, surrounded by other normal guys. Yes, there are jerks and losers, too, but if you find your life completely overrun by those types, then you have to ask yourself two questions:
1) Do I need to reexamine my definition of ‘jerk’ and ‘loser’?
2) Am I flanked on all sides by jerks and losers because I am of their same caliber?
That second question is tough. Don’t gloss over it. I know it isn’t fun to take stock of oneself, but it is a necessary step towards growth and maturity.
You might feel that I’m attacking you. I’m not. I’m just laying out the reality here, Rebecca. In the end, this is all good news. It’s good news because it means you are in control and you can change your fortunes.
If men were totally responsible for everything, there would be no hope for you. Clearly you can’t fix the male gender any more than you can change the orbit of the Earth. It’s fortunate, then, that you don’t need to reverse the planet’s rotation or find a remedy for the sins of the opposite sex. Your job is much simpler, much easier.
Just change yourself.
That’s my recommendation.
For whatever reason, it’s very popular to scold men and say, ‘women deserve better,’ but nobody ever seems to turn to women and say, ‘men deserve better.’ You spend a lot of time in your email talking about what you deserve and what you want, but have you ever stopped to consider what men deserve and what men want? Love, respect, loyalty, integrity. Did you know that we care about those things, too? Have you provided them in every one of your relationships? Have you woken up each morning and thought ‘what can I do to make the person I love happy today’? Or has it always been ‘what will they do to make me happy today’?
I can’t answer these questions, but you can. And I hope you do so with an open and honest heart.
I can, however, answer the question you asked me: yes, I do have a brother.
But he’s still in college so he might be a little young for you.
And I think he likes X-Men.

Relationships always involve TWO people Matt, not only one and if Rebecca should take a look at her for a change it should be with a deeper cosmic reality by investigating her Zodiacal Identity or her natal UCI!

As mentioned many times before, I do admire and appreciate that of NASA scientific discoveries and the tremendous services offered to humanity! Science is a very beautiful thing that serve its crucial purposes! However it is also the scientific matrix who depends on your money and gullibility to survive, the truth needs to be exposed! At the same time, it pays to keep quiet, living the danger and the courage to expose the abusive matrix’s like we do…
Sending unmanned mission to Mars is indeed the only way and the closest human will ever be to Mars! And NASA scientists are fully aware of this fact because those well read people operate only with logic and mathematics!

In 2014, for any scientist, to accept anything organized deceitfully in 1968 (or nearly 50 years ago) does not show much intelligence! Its like comparing the first computers with today’s supremely advanced technology. The reality is the scientific matrix will never give a chance for a much older science not only to grow methodically and fairly, but to also prove itself more accurate!

What is Mars like? Until very recently, the best answer, based on the desolate, eroded, crater-strewn vistas viewed by Mariners 4, 6, and 7, was that Mars was a dead planet, a fossil world whose geological activity lay in the remote past, waterless and incapable of sustaining life, more akin to our moon than anything else.
Now Mariner 9 has changed all that. In almost 7000 spectacular photos taken from mid-November to early April and several hundred since June, it has confronted scientists with a dramatically different planet, a turbulent world of super winds and swirling dust storms, towering volcanoes, huge chasms including a gorge far longer, wider, and deeper than the Grand Canyon, chaotic landscapes signaling massive upheavals in the recent geological past. Most astonishing of all: Not only are there many features that seem to have been hew and molded by torrents of running water; there is evidence that the polar ice caps consist at least partly of frozen water. The question of water-dependent life on Mars is thus alive once again.
DT Rebuttal: Like the Church Inc. or being able to accept gays and gypsies, Science must adapt and change their Mars stories regularly to keep luring the gullible mass of atheists into their web. Do not forget the facts that Mars a turbulent planet of super winds and swirling dust storms that would make Katrina or the worse earth disaster look like a joke! DT Rebuttal: When I mention “spiritual educated pride” you can see how this crowd of educated egocentric qualify their assumptions with all the fabricated scientific names, position and locations. And you all paid for those locations and the extraordinary sophisticated tools used. Meantime (like the Mormon Church) you will not be allowed to visit the temples of deception, unless you support and work for the matrix.
Fisher: Dr. Sagan, was there any singularly dramatic moment during the picture retrieval at Jet Propulsion Laboratory?
Sagan: They were all dramatic. I mean every day you’d arrive and there would be 72 new pictures for you to look at. At least a few of those pictures would show phenomena that you had never seen before and never guessed existed on the planet Mars. It’s a time of extremely high scientific excitement. That time is not yet over.
DT Rebuttal: Of course this luring time is not over, because this mean, as long as they can keep you on the leash of deception with new Mars pictures the end of your financial support will never come. I do not need to be the Director of the Laboratory for Planetary Studies and Professor of Astronomy at Cornell’s Center for Radiophysics and Space Research to realize Mars is a forbidden, harsh world for humanity and no man will ever set foot on the red planet! Mars was created by God’s celestial divinity for humanity’ SPIRITUAL purpose only and he made sure the closest possible distance from Earth to Mars is 33.9 million miles, Note also, this was the closest Mars and Earth have been in 50,000 years.a distance that could never be breached by his “educated/atheists” children.
Fisher: Which of the Mariner 9 picture results have been the most significant to you personally?
Sagan: Well, I think the widespread evidence of dramatic changes due to windblown dust; the compelling evidence for volcanic activity on a massive scale; the evidence suggestive of running water in some not-so-distant time in Martian history; the details of the recession of the polar cap showing that there is a remnant of the south polar cap which just doesn’t go away in southern summer; and the first closeup pictures of Phobos and Deimos, the two moons of Mars. I would say that those are the highlights in my mind.

DT Rebuttal: Mariner 9 had been sending back thousands of photographs of Mars’ surface which raised more questions than they answered. This mean they have enough pictures to discuss that will lure the children of your children. Just imagine the size of the first bible and how many pages were added and how big the book became in two thousands years of humanity religious folly?
Imagine the first American settlers villages turning into metropoly like N.Y., LA and all major US cities? Imagine what NASA has become since April 1st, 1961 marking the first Television Infrared Observation Satellite Program (TIROS) program?
Again I am not totally against NASA nor its incredible technological accomplishments, and nor do I support all unmanned missions, but I am appalled when a cosmic unconscious NASA waste billions because of their egocentric educated attitude and think we are all gullible morons trusting them to send human on Mars!
CHANGING MARKINGS
Fisher: What about variable features?
Sagan: Bright and dark markings have been seen on Mars since men began looking at it through a telescope. It was observed, in the middle 19th century, that these markings sometimes seemed to change seasonally. Around 1870, a popular theory had it that the apparent seasonal changes in the Martian bright-and-dark markings were due to vegetation darkening the landscape in spring and summer, when the polar caps, thought to be frozen water, partially melted as the climate warmed.
The sort of model people had in the back of their minds was an algal bloom, or perhaps the spring flowering of the arctic tundra in Canada and Siberia. Now, since this 19th century model, whether the changes are truly seasonal has been called into question. But, as we’ll see, widespread changes in the Martian surface have certainly been verified by Mariner 9.
DT Rebuttal: And all those scientific observations are wonderful and probably correct but, Mr. Sagan, men observed Mars well before “men began looking at it through a telescope, in the middle 19th century.” And this is what really bugs me because the spiritual, cosmic astrological work involving all disappeared civilizations like the Incas, the Sumerian, the Atlantis etc. and all erudite men of the past like Nostradamus is purposely denied and avoided!

Why in the name of God would science omit and obliterate the undeniable values of the old science of astrology knowing that Astronomy is a byproduct of the much older science?
If it was allowed to discuss the reality of the “Soul of the Cosmos” on national geographic, the scientific channel and the Smithsonian institute, and use today’s latest technology to make my point, like Neil deGrasse Tyson visuals does, maybe we would have the ageless antiquity at our disposal and not only 7000 Mars photographs to explore our solar system psychical secrets intelligently.
Those videos, while very educational are extremely limited and serve the scientific matrix financial purpose ONLY! Neil deGrasse Tyson astrophysicist expertise does not bring anything to the spirit of humanity and its spiritual connection to God’s cosmic Divinity!
Thus the scientific matrix must keep Mariner 9 busy taking pictures of Mars for as long as the reliability of the technology used last and offer the gullible, more questions than answers…
Indeed the cosmos “experts” are the least knowledgeable of all the divine secrets of our local solar system and particularly Mars’ spiritual purposes found in the sign of Aries. Note Neil de Grasse is a Libra, the sign opposing Aries and like Carl Sagan’ Scorpionic nature, de Grasse ever will probably never be able to admit the undeniable reality of his cosmic divinity?
Fisher: What about the so-called canals?
Sagan: They were discovered in 1877 by Giovanni Schiaparelli, who observed, to his surprise, a network of fine straight lines interlacing and covering the surface of Mars. An American diplomat-turned-astronomer named Percival Lowell was quite excited by Schiaparelli’s findings and established an observatory in Flagstaff, Ariz., to pursue such observations. Schiaparelli described what he had seen as canali, Italian for channels or grooves. But Lowell and others mistranslated this word as “canals,” which had a clear implication of design. Lowell believed in a literal canal network that carried liquid water from the melting polar cap to the thirsty inhabitants of the equatorial cities of Mars.
There were a great many books written on this kind of speculation. In English, a set of more than a dozen novels by Edgar Rice Burroughs was based on a gentleman adventurer from Virginia named John Carter, who was able to get to Mars by standing in an open field and wishing hard at the planet. And when he arrived he found it populated by beings of all sorts, including ones who were very human. In Germany, a writer named Kurt Lasswitz wrote a similar piece of romantic fiction called “On Two Planets,” which played a role in helping a very young man named Wernher von Braun develop an avid interest in spaceflight. So, the Lowellian interpretation of what had been seen on Mars turns out to have played a significant role, not because it was right—it’s almost certainly dead wrong—but because it was dramatic and excited many boys and young men to study Mars who have in one way or another been involved in the most recent studies of the planet.

DT Rebuttal: While Lowel discovered the Mars canals,I am appalled by Sagan ever mentioning Percival Lowelldiscovery of Pluto and how, as a Pisces, (like me) he was also into the spiritual cosmic manifesto.
Sagan did not mention Percival work “Occult Japan, the Way of the Gods (1894), or the most popular of Lowell’s books on the Orient, The Soul of the Far East (1888) because, as a hard core scientist he did not want to “glorify” a spiritualist at heart!

While science would rather recognize astronomer Clyde Tombaugh for Pluto’s discovery in 1930, Astrology recognize Percival Lowell’ spiritual cosmic genius and for the discovery of the planet in 1915, by using his initials Percival and Lowell.

Fisher: Did you receive similar stimulation?
Sagan: Yes, I was similarly intrigued when I read the John Carter stories by Edgar Rice Burroughs. Well, the actual story on the canals appears to be that there are no lines “like those on a fine steel etching,” as Percival Lowell described them. The canals seem to be a sort of psychophysiological rather than an astronomical problem.
The eye tends, when the “seeing,” or atmospheric turbulence is pretty bad, to string up disconnected fine detail, because it’s easier to remember a straight line than a patchy, disconnected matrix of blobs. The observation of the best visual observers in the last 50 years has been that they can see canals when the seeing is bad. But as the seeing improves to the best it ever gets, they are unable to resolve the straight lines into disconnected fine detail.
So even before Mariner close-up photography of Mars, most astronomers studying the subject were prepared to believe that there was not actually a network of straight lines—exceptionally straight lines crossing the planet, going for thousands of kilometers following great circle routes and so on. And indeed Mariners 4, 6, and 7 found virtually not a trace of anything at all like such canals. Now Mariner 9 is providing the first full coverage of the Martian surface, where everything has been photographed with a resolution of one kilometer except for a little cap at the very north pole.

Well, it turns out that there are more or less straight lines on Mars in various cases. But they are not at all as Percival Lowell imagined; they are as Schiaparelli imagined, that is, channels and grooves, although not necessarily in the places that he drew them. Not only does Mars have channels and grooves, it has an enormous rift system like the east African rift system, which is involved in continental drift on the Earth. And the geological significance of such rift valleys on Mars is extremely high.
DT Rebuttal: It is quite obvious that Sagan’s dry intellectual UCI if far from comprehending or assimilating the perceptive values found in Percevall’s more spiritual UCI blessings. “The canals seem to be a sort of psychophysiological rather than an astronomical problem.” The question now is, with or without lines what does humanity benefit from those theories? There are much more spiritual and valuable applications involving Mars as a whole than concentrating on the “canals.”
There is a tremendous psychical world of information involving Mars spiritual purposes and its aggressive impact upon humanity. Hitler was born in April, under the jurisdictions of the “Red Planet Mars” called in Greek mythology “the Lord of War.” Note also this planet rules Germany and affect the “army like” rough German language. Fisher: Does that mean these huge valleys are evidence of recent tectonic activity?
Sagan: Yes. The rift valleys tend to surround and come radially out from an extremely high region in the part of Mars called Tharsis, which contains volcanic calderas; very high mountains with holes in the top that have been formed by successive episodes of lava out welling from the interior. The largest of them are larger than the island of Hawaii, which is the biggest such feature on Earth. We can see from the photos that they are very recent, on a geological time scale, because they are not battered by meteoric craters or worn down by other forms of erosion.
DT Rebuttal: I do not think there are much differences between Mars geology and the current tectonic or volcanic activity taking place in Hawaii! A part from that those studies could be conducted safely and cheaply on earth! But we are talking about Mars, and this could be quite tricky!
I trust science should stop wasting valuable time and money and invest in Mother Earth urgently, because there are real and compelling problems to attend on this world. Who cares about Mars’ canals, valleys, volcanoes or past, present or future geological conditions when you have only one earth showing serious signs of exhaustion?
If science do not prioritize and concentrate on our own planet’s welfare first, chances are the earth is on its way to become another dry, desolate Mars! Yes we have only 50 years if we are lucky! While I have lost all hopes, indeed we need your financial help desperately to reason with science and all atheists groups while we can.
Fisher: Recent on a scale of billions of years?
Sagan: Yes. Whether they are 10 million years old or one million years old, we don’t yet know. This, together with other evidence, shows that Mars is not an ancient, dead planet, but is geologically active in recent times, geologically young in the sense that the Earth is. But let’s get back to variable features.
There were originally two spacecraft intended to be launched to Mars: Mariner 8 and Mariner 9 each with its own mission. Mariner 8 failed and landed in the Caribbean, where it is not even sending back oceanographic data! Since we have only one craft, Mariner 9, we do not have a mission that has been optimized for variable features. Nevertheless, we’ve found them much more easily than we expected. In fact, Mariner 9 has been a spectacular success.
One problem in looking for things changing is that you might look at the same object two weeks apart but under different lighting conditions, and if you forget about that you might think there’s been a real change when, in fact, it’s just a different sun or viewing angle. The spacecraft orbit has been arranged so that we can look at the same area on one-day turnarounds and on 19-day turnarounds, in both cases with the lighting angles all very closely constant. So, if we see any significant changes either a day apart or 19 days apart, then we can have fair confidence that that’s a real change and not a result of lighting conditions.
We have indeed found such variable features; they fall into several different categories. One category is what are called splotches. These are dark markings that weren’t there the last time we looked but are there now. Where they are smaller than craters there’s a certain tendency for them to appear in the inside of the crater. Where they are larger than craters they tend to wash over the craters.
We have some quite striking cases where we look at a given area and see an array of bright and dark features, we come back and look at it two weeks later or so and there are all the old features plus one new dark feature that just wasn’t there before. Then we continue looking at that area on every successive opportunity and only small changes appear. This kind of time scale is absolutely characteristic. In time scales of between several days and two or three weeks, features tend to change on Mars. Characteristic changes that we have been seeing are the appearance of dark features where they previously did not exist.
At the present time the conditions on Mars are certainly not too hostile for life to exist. We must merely keep an open mind until more data is in.
DT Rebuttal: This comment is hilarious and so deceptive! First science must find a way to propulse human there and the spaceship will need trillion tons of fuel to travel the 33.9 million miles from Earth to Mars. But first we must wait 50,000 years to get the shortest distance possible! To think those scientists really believe we are all gullible morons.There is nothing to gain by assuming life would be possible on a dead planet unless of course science can change the temperature on Mars.
Scienceassume that; the temperature on Mars may reach a high of about 70 degrees Fahrenheit (20 degrees Celsius) at noon, at the equator in the summer, or a low of about -225 degrees Fahrenheit (-153 degrees Celsius) at the poles. Ask the Alaska people for real answers when they are all forced to live in confinement knowing the record low temperature was only a minus 62 F. – That is only a – 160 difference!
Fisher: Are we always talking about a feature that is at least a kilometer in diameter, something the size of Yankee Stadium, say?
Sagan: Yes. In fact, I’m talking about features that are ten or 15 kilometers in diameter that just suddenly appear. For example, there’s one feature called the Spearhead, because that’s what it looks like. In one picture it’s not there, and in the next picture it’s there, and in all subsequent pictures it just stayed there.
DT Rebuttal: Could it be the shadow, could it be because of the angle of the camera, I wonder how many hidden “Spearheads” they are on Mars and how many more depressions are to be discovered once Mariner 9 is done taking pictures? All the while what can the struggling human being living on planet earth will do with htis “crucial” information? Indeed the luring must continue so this group of “privileged selected” scientists can exist building robots instead of living the pitiful life of their moronic credulous supporters.
Fisher: What could possibly account for such a performance?
Sagan: I’ve mentioned one possibility, which is more than a century old: namely, that we’re seeing the growth of dark vegetation into a region previously not populated by this vegetation. There is another possibility that my co-workers and I have advocated for the last five years—that we are seeing a manifestation of wind-blown dust. We believe the appearance of a feature like the Spearhead is due to horizontal winds carrying fine bright dust off the surface, revealing underlying dark material.
And that the so-called seasonal changes are due to seasonal wind patterns that cover and uncover underlying dark material by windblown bright material. And we can see from the existence of planet-wide storms, at least at certain times on Mars, that dust can easily be carried quite significant distances
DT Rebuttal:” we’re seeing “possibly” the growth of dark vegetation into a region previously not populated by this vegetation?” Sagan “possible” assumption is really “UFO” far fetched even for some more trustworthy Mars scientists. Chances are there is nothing nutritional left on Mars due to so many deadly factors outside of the endless freezing dust winds and vital facts they chose to ignore in this article. This refined Martian dust will make it quite hard for anything mechanical to operate for long and forget about breezing clean air there too!
Fisher: Would this mechanism account not only for the random appearance and disappearance of blotches, as you describe them, but also for what has been called the progressive wave of darkening?
Sagan: Okay. Now let me say a word about the wave of darkening. It’s been called that because some observers thought this seasonal change had a wavelike progression from the polar cap towards and across the equator at about 35 kilometers a day. Some years ago we did a statistical study to show that it was hardly an invariable wave; it does not work like clockwork. Sometimes an equatorial place darkens long before a polar place darkens.
And so I think the phrase is probably a misnomer. To some degree the same kinds of darkenings occur every Martian year. I think that that is due to the repetition of the same wind patterns—which are tied, of course, to the seasons—covering and uncovering the dark stuff.
DT Rebuttal: Dealing with “the wave of darkening” signify the intensity of the wind and dust combined can make life simply impossible on Mars. Mars facts! Nasa confirm the maximum wind speeds recorded by the Viking Landers in the 1970’s were about 30 meters per second (60 miles an hour) with an average of 10 m/s (20 mph).
How can this be true when “occasionally, winds on Mars are strong enough to create dust storms that cover much of the planet. After such storms, it can be months before all of the dust settles? “ Like the religious matrix *Bible, I am not authorized to ingest my own logical facts that would hurt the integrity of the scientific “educational” matrix.
Fisher: At Jet Propulsion Laboratory last November you gave an analysis of the kinds of wind velocities that would be necessary to raise dust storms on Mars. Could you go into that?
CRATER TAILS
Sagan: Sure. Let me first, before I do that, say something about another kind of variable feature on Mars—tails. Most commonly, tails emanating from craters. There’s a crater, and coming out of it for let’s say 10 or 20 crater diameters is a long, bright or dark tail. If there are other craters nearby, they generally have tails parallel to that first one. There are some cases where we have 30, 40, or 50 tails, all parallel, all emanating from craters, all going in the same direction. We think that at least some or most of the bright streaks represent bright material trapped in the craters that has since been blown out by winds—another piece of evidence for extensive windblown dust on the planet.
The situation is more complex than I’ve indicated because there are also dark tails coming out of craters. And so, are we to imagine two kinds of materials, bright and dark dust, with dark dust settling in some places and bright dust in others?
Or is it possible that the dark tails are not tails at all, but wind shadows? Say a big cloud of bright dust comes along and is deposited everywhere except downwind of obstacles. Then, looking at it from Mariner 9, we see a dark streak downwind of the crater wall, not because dark stuff has been blown out of the crater, but because the wall has prevented the bright stuff from being deposited where we see the tail. Some places we see streaks behind—not craters, but small hills showing that there are certainly cases of wind shadowing occurring on the planet.
We think there’s a pretty good array of evidence that wind-blown dust is a very important aspect of the Martian environment. We arrive at Mars November 13 and see the entire planet obscured by dust; the dust settles out and then we see on the surface features that are changing, and streaks coming out of craters—both, likely, due to windblown dust.

SUPER WINDS
Now, what’s necessary to move dust around on Mars? The Martian atmosphere is extremely thin, much thinner than Earth’s. That means that you have to move the air much faster to get something to move forward. It turns out that to move the same-sized grain of sand on Mars that you are moving on the Earth requires winds 10 times faster. If you believe any dust is moved around at all on Mars you have to immediately assume winds…
DT Rebuttal: And what Mars wind mystery is offering to humanity welfare when Mars secrets are psychical in nature and designed to affect human drive to show masculinity, to stimulate the drive to accomplish, to conquer others, and to war and kill each others? Mars rules the wild animal kingdom and how they treat each others. You gained much more in a few words from me than Sagan “Mars” wind expertise” article!
Fisher: You’re saying, just to pick it off the surface?
Sagan: Just to make it roll over. You have a little grain that is projecting up slightly at some small angle above the Martian surface; the wind comes along and just makes it fall down. How fast does that wind have to be? According to present theory, you need winds of about 80 meters a second just to start dust grains moving on Mars. That’s around 180 miles an hour. It’s a very fast wind.
DT Rebuttal: Indeed a very fast wind coming from Sagan’s cosmic unconscious dry, non- spiritual rational mind. The spiritual pride found in all “educated” scientists represent the total lack of objectivity and over concern with wasteful “wind” details that will never serve humanity’ spiritual purposes. Indeed this crowd truly believes they know better than God himself and are subconsciously, neurotically and robotically expressing their latent rational “educated” UCI.
Fisher: How could such winds arise on Mars?
Sagan: On the Earth, the winds are driven primarily by the fact that the equator is hotter than the pole. Air rises from the hot equator and falls at the cold pole, and that produces a circulation in which the air returns along the ground from pole to equator and circulates aloft from equator to pole. On Mars, the equator-to-pole temperature difference is even larger than on the Earth. There are no seas to moderate temperatures. There’s also a longer year on Mars—687 days. So that temperature difference is larger and the resulting winds are larger. But they are not large enough, as far as we can tell. That’s not the source of the high-velocity winds that stir up the dust storms.
DT Rebuttal: Remember, I am a spiritual Astropsychologist, not a “dusty windy” physicist…While this hypothesis on Mars’ weather activity may sound accurate, Mars “logistics” are totally different than our earth and should not and cannot be compared. I am only using the same logic as the scientists themselves and Sagan’s findings are not in stones, but more like the ever changing winds of Mars.
Fisher: I think you’ve said previously that they would contribute a wind of about 40 meters a second.
Sagan: Yes. That seems to be the way the calculation goes. So, if you have that wind going in the right direction and then another wind comes along parallel to it, then the two winds can add and reach your 80 meters a second or more. But there are two other kinds of winds which we think are important on Mars and may be more directly responsible for wind-blown dust. One of them is dust devils. They’re common in the American southwest—whirlwinds only a few meters across which stir up dust.
Then that column of circulating dust itself slowly moves across the desert. The conditions on Mars are much more favorable for the production of dust devils than conditions in the American southwest, and it’s possible that the generation of the dust storm that we saw on Mars is produced by sets of such dust devils, even though none has actually been photographed on Mars.

The other source of winds clearly capable of producing dust storms is what we call slope winds. And these occur in cases where the elevation differences are comparable to the characteristic thickness of the planet’s atmosphere—the scale height of the atmosphere, which on Mars is around nine kilometers. Now there are elevation differences on Mars of nine kilometers and in fact, twice nine kilometers. It’s a situation very different from that on Earth, where the elevation differences tend to be quite moderate compared to the atmospheric scale height.
As a result, we calculate that on Mars there’s just a brand-new category of wind that runs along these high-elevation slopes. Since Mars has quite striking elevation differences, the wind velocities get to be very high. In fact, 80 or 100 meters a second, all by themselves.
DT Rebuttal: Indeed with only frozen water at its poles, Mars phenomenal winds are a total waste for the Hawaii daredevils windsurfers… This discussion about wind formation is blowing my mind away trying to bring logic to some of the wastefulness endeavors of the scientific community.
Stop talking wind and start dealing with the real magnificent spiritual cosmic purpose of Mars… For, once you reach cosmic consciousness all the secrets of Mars will be yours to marvel right at home, safely from your comfortable sofa…
CHANCES FOR LIFE
Fisher: What kind of picture of atmospheric conditions on Mars do we get from this analysis?
Sagan: That Mars is a dusty and very windy place, even though the atmosphere is quite thin; temperatures near the equator at noon are very comfortable by human standards, but the temperature at night or very early in the morning is extremely low, maybe 150 Fahrenheit degrees less than room temperature. There’s little oxygen in the atmosphere. There is very little ozone, so ultraviolet light from the sun is not absorbed as it is in our atmosphere and penetrates to the surface relatively unimpeded, if there’s no dust storm. This would pose a serious hazard for exposed organisms of a terrestrial variety.
Putting all those factors together, people in the past said the Martian environment was probably too severe for life. In my view that’s an exceedingly provincial conclusion. We, and others, have done experiments in which we simulate all these conditions in the laboratory. We found that even a wide variety of terrestrial organisms survive those conditions perfectly well. They survive the ultraviolet light when they’re under a tiny fragment of rock, and they even grow during the warm part of the day if there are small quantities of liquid water available in the soil, which is by no means out of the question on Mars today.
DT Rebuttal: I did not expect anything else from Sagan Birthday Anniversary made up sale speech! If the scientific matrix does not convince you that life on Mars is possible, Sagan’s made up CNN advertisement is totally wasted.
It is unusual for CNN media matrix to elaborate so much in the many articles serving NASA’ elites society. Rest assured readers, those scientists are very smart and they know the limits of human space travel. Something you know nothing about and you are being lured to endorse and support this crowd and their families. Like you they have bills and insurances to pay, children to raise, NASA college education grants to use and tons of spare money to keep building only their financial purposes and long lasting security.
Those people are the children of the fifties scientists working in so many US bases and for National Security government agencies. They must keep the space discovery program legacy alive for their own children welfare.
Without their genius, America would not be the mightiest, most advanced and feared country in the world and that is beautiful because I love America. But America is also a corporate breeding ground where misinformation, greed, abuses and power rules…
I am for NASA and Mars discoveries but not at the expenditure of God’s cosmic spirit and Astrology! I know I can make a strong difference reestablishing the integrity of the old science and reason with the scientific, atheist and religious communities. Fisher: What kinds of organisms are you talking about?
Sagan: I’m talking about microorganisms: bacteria—spore forming, or non-sporeforming bacteria.
Fisher: But nothing like lichens?
Sagan: Well, lichens are the kind of standby in the speculation about life on Mars because they are supposed to be hardy and all, but they’re not at all hardy under Martian conditions. If there is life on Mars, what’s clear is that—unless we’ve contaminated the planet by not sterilizing our spacecraft—life we find is going to be extremely different from life on the Earth. At least that’s my own belief. Life on Mars will have gone through 4½-billion years of independent biological evolution. There are so many arbitrary branch points in evolution…
DT Rebuttal: Remember reader, earlier Sagan was comparing Mars with the earth weather? This is another obvious discrepancy related now to life on Mars – “life we find is going to be extremely different from life on the Earth.” The fact is; it will be the same with the weather, meaning Sagan’s findings are changeable and solid as Mars’ WINDS. Only using the same logic readers…

Sagan: Yes, 4½-billion years ago. Well, life certainly is not arising now. The conditions on Mars today are much too perilous for the origin of life. That requires very protected conditions. But they are not too perilous for the maintenance of life. The origin of life on Mars, just like the origin of life on Earth, must have occurred a great interval of time ago in the past.
I mean the origin of life on Earth could not have happened on the Earth, either, if conditions were like today’s—much too hostile. For example, we have an enormous poisonous atmosphere of oxygen which would prevent the origin of life. Mars is in fact better in that respect by not having much of this poison gas. Oxygen oxidizes organic compounds. It’s not a good thing to have around. Because we humans breathe it we think it’s terrific. That’s also a provincial point of view.
The conclusion I’d like to make about life on Mars is that there is certainly no compelling evidence for it, but there is equally certainly no compelling evidence against it. Mariner 9 was not designed to detect it nor has it detected life on Mars. The Viking mission will be the first serious attempt to find life on the planet. At the present time the conditions on Mars are certainly not too hostile for life to exist. We must merely keep an open mind until more data is in.

DT Rebuttal: AgainMars is a DEAD planet serving only a mysterious mystical purpose a rational science and people like Sagan are ill fitted mentally to investigate, comprehend and accept!
However, this doesn’t mean those people are necessarily irrecuperable idiots, I am convinced not all scientists are stubborn donkeys unwilling to change course. Given a chance it might be possible to raise their cosmic awareness outside of the density a cursed rational karmic UCI.
The question remain, is there too much at stake, too many financial institutions and scientific projects at risk to even consider my spiritual astro expertise and for NASA to investigate investigating the reality of the Soul of the Cosmos?
WATER ON MARS
Fisher: You mentioned water in connection with the possibility of life on Mars. I understand that Mariner 9 photos show some geological features that look as though they had been carved by water. Others show the recession of the south polar cap in a way that seems to suggest there is at least some water ice in the ice caps. What about the problem of water on Mars?
Sagan: Something around 100 years ago it was obvious that the Martian polar caps were made of ordinary ice, water ice. Because, what else could they be? Six years ago it was obvious the Martian polar caps were dry ice, frozen carbon dioxide. Today it’s clear that the situation is much more complex than that. The temperatures in Martian winter are certainly low enough to condense out CO2. We know CO2, is the major constituent of the atmosphere—it has to condense out.
On the other hand, we now see in Martian summer that although the south polar cap recedes, a portion remains right through the summer, despite the fact that the temperatures are too high for carbon dioxide to remain in the frozen state. This suggests that the remnant we are looking at is a water cap. And so it’s not terribly astonishing that if you have both water and CO2, on the planet, and the polar temperatures are very low, that you condense out both CO2, and water at the polar cap. Then you heat things up and the one that goes away first is CO2, the one with the higher vapor pressure. Then you’re left in summer with the water cap.
We hope to look at the north polar cap in the summer. We know from ground-based observations that the size of the remnant of the cap is much larger in the north than in the south, indicating much more frozen volatiles (probably water and CO2,) in the northern cap than in the southern cap. In fact it looks as if there may be an immense quantity of frozen CO2, and water in the north polar cap.
So much so that if you were able to vaporize all of it you could dramatically increase the total surface pressure on Mars and make it more likely that you could have running water on the planet and, through the greenhouse effect, provide an increase in surface temperatures and make conditions much more clement.
Whether in the course of Martian history there ever are natural events that free that CO2, and water is a question that many of us are debating. I propose that this does happen during the procession of the equinoxes on Mars and that there are epochs in Martian history in which conditions are very different from today, that in fact we are examining Mars in an ice age, and that some 10,000 years from now conditions may be much warmer and much wetter.
Under such conditions we can understand the features on Mars that look as if they were carved by running water: things that look like dry arroyos, riverbeds, and very difficult to understand on any other terms.
They pose a serious mystery because you cannot have extensive liquid water on the planet today. The pressures in the atmosphere are just not large enough. It’s the same reason you cannot have liquid CO2, on the Earth. You have dry ice and you have gaseous CO2.
Now, the characteristic sign of things due probably to running water is tributaries, such as the ones you see in some of the Mariner 9 photos. Tributaries are not produced by flowing lava and pose serious difficulties for being understood in any terms but running water. They are the key to the water hypothesis.

DT Rebuttal: Their goal is to “educate” you as they wish, to accept the possibility of water and one day, flying and living on Mars, without any interferences from people like Dr. Turi spiritual cosmic junk. Fisher: Well, what’s the current thinking? Are there any other hypotheses that explain these pictures?
Sagan: There is another hypothesis that goes as follows: I can’t believe that there was ever any liquid water on the planet: Therefore, there is some other cause, which I don’t understand, that produces that phenomenon.
DT Rebuttal: Indeed Mr Sagan, there is much more than your eyes and mind could have decipher and my work is not hypothetical but very real and all you had to do is to request better scientific proofs… But its a bit too late for you now…

Fisher: You call that hypothesis B?
Sagan: Yes, hypothesis B, brand X.
DT Rebuttal: My cosmic world is a foreign as hypothesis B, brand X is to me, with the only difference that the soul of the cosmos is not an hypothesis but real and can be proven rationally and scientifically. Who’s organization will “man up” and discuss my perception of the Cosmos, especially our spiritual local system values face to face?
Fisher: Then as far as you personally are concerned, you think it is likely that the obvious explanation is the correct one?
Sagan: That’s right. I propose on other grounds that such conditions existed before the Mariner 9 photographs were in. I’m naturally attracted to this hypothesis.
DT Rebuttal: I am much more attracted to the undiluted truth than any hypothesis because I like and give solid facts. Sagan and the scientific community endless “scientific hypothesis” is all they need to lure more gullible Mars suckers to serve also a financial deceptive purpose.
Fisher: That would also go a longer way toward fostering the idea that life could have originated at some time in the planet’s past during a previous non-ice age?
Sagan: Yes. It also means that organisms on Mars may now be in hibernation. That is, if the period of time between successive epochs in which there is extensive liquid water, if that time is small in a geological sense, then it may make sense for organisms to just shut up shop for the long winter and wait for the spring to come.
A way to test that is to drop Martian soil samples into liquid water, which would be the cue for hibernating organisms or spore formers that the precessional spring has come. At that time, the organisms should go do their stuff.
DT Rebuttal: Amazing how a few scientific words based upon earth experimentations can work its deceptive magic. Memo;“life we find on Mars is going to be extremely different from life on the Earth.”Only using the same logic as our scientists…
Fisher: Dr. Sagan, what can we expect next from Mariner 9?
Sagan: If the spacecraft works, we’re going to get just extraordinary pictures during the summer. There’s a great deal of picture processing to be done, which will bring out details that could not be seen before. There will be an enormous amount of interaction among the experiments. I believe that some of the most dramatic scientific payoff is going to come in another year or two, when we’ve done those things. So I don’t think the most exciting aspects of Mariner 9 are in yet at all.
DT Rebuttal: The only thing society can expect next from Mariner 9 (If the spacecraft works!) is more pictures to feed the deceptive Mars dream, and the real solid financial aims of the scientific matrix.
But the technology they possess can also destroy the toys on MRas far away soil and this mean building new ones. There are no limit to what science can do and they will do it at your ensue if they can benefit from it!
The fact is they can tell you ANYTHING they chose, (and they do), they can also make up scientific statements that can not be challenged by the norm. Much like the bible, they can add, remove, and adjust the scientific book and none of us can or will interfere.
Fisher: What kind of pictures will be taken when Mariner resumes?
Sagan: There will be some pictures taken for Viking landing-site selection. There will be, I hope, a great many pictures taken of variable-feature sites, because now we have a very long time baseline. Many, many months have elapsed. What has changed in that period of time? In fact, in the last few weeks before we went off the air in March things seemed to be changing all over the planet. I’d like to see if that’s continuing.
I’m personally very excited to see what signs of variable features there are at end of summer. We’ll have our first look at the north polar cap, which for reasons I mentioned before is very important. We will begin to get some global coverage. Up to now we’ve been very close, just seeing little postage-stamp-size frames, and we’ve been mosaicking them together. There are a great many very exciting things coming up and I am just talking about TV, not the thousands of spectra and other very important data acquired by Mariner 9.
