Who can or would ignore a true modern Prophet work when it is published, posted and available to the world? Some would argue I am not a doctor, and I fully agree with them. I am a proud “Soul Doctor” a  rare Modern Prophet, a very different type of spiritual scientist, and someone who teach, speak and translate the divine, or God cosmic orders through the signs. Something a “politically correct” rigid and traditionally conditioned educated humanity has lost in the name of religions, science, fears and atheism…

 The beauty of being cosmic conscious is that; as we approach 2016, we know exactly what to expect from those new cosmic winds and acting in harmony with the Cosmic Code jurisdictions not only offers protection, but progressive changes.

If you do not  hear, see, read and anticipate God cosmic Divinity, those changes will be enforced either by karma or by “accidents.”  Human have yet to learn life is a constant process of changes that no one can escape and majority of the people on this planet have lost the true meaning and the spiritual messages we represent…

Thus knowing from my Sagittarius rising, the 2016 impact is right in my 4th house (home) and my 10th house (career) and from my Pisces Sun, right in my first (me) and 7th house (facing you and the world with Terania) those changes are anticipated! I am  like a Master Captain of the Divine steering my ship into the powerful winds away from catastrophes and safely to our new world! I am urging you to do the same and follow our guidance, your safety, success,  progress and even your life depend on it!

Using those formidable cosmic winds at my advantage, knowing I will be 66  next February and thinking of retiring is simply wonderful! The results of a full very rich spiritual life at your service!  How will the 2016 stars bless (if you know) or curse your life if you don’t? Because you have not be trained (or conditioned) to believe God cosmic Divinity and Astrology is a product of my imagination, does not make it factual.

I should be able to enjoy boating and fishing while the mission to free humanity from fear and cosmic ignorance lingers because my work will always be there.  Looking for a new house is not easy and the choice between renting our property or selling it makes it even more complicated…

Is this our new home?  Access to the canal and to the gulf but Terania must like it too and as  we saw so many of houses in 2 weeks, the search is still on!

For sure there is no denying the fishing! Apart from Terania, this is the biggest – most beautiful fish I ever caught Fishing in the world of Neptune!  (video)

This is pretty much how I intend to enjoy my retirement and catch many more big fishes… Our world wide reading audience will still be able to learn the cosmic code secrets with us. We will concentrate on our VIP’s, so those of you who are Draco’s Facebook page should consider joining us on the Cosmic Code if you haven’t already.

Indeed much more is coming to our VIP’s after my “retirement” and this is how I will still in the public eye and offer more of our wisdom all year round. Not only did I made up my mind but I also made it my 2016 resolution! Something that I was never be able to accomplish in the past but knowing I will retire next year, this year is very different and much more easier for me to do!

I will only offer ONE single cosmic code newsletter per week or every Sunday!  And I will pick ONE of my endless new VIP articles and post it in Draco’s Facebook page. As always we will also offer regular bulletins to the readers but NO predictions, NO SOS to the World,  NO horoscopes, personal guidance  or anything that only our VIP’s are paying us for!  I will only post the results of my predictions or outdated articles, nothing fresh per say!

I planned  our trip to Florida knowing the cosmic winds were to become deadly especially upon our return or during a December 2015 SOS to the World deadly window! 

Thanks to Terania’s phenomenal intuition which, over the years I have learned to heed.  At the end of our trip, when we left Florida the weather was formidable, the breeze soft and warm! I recall driving the 7 miles long bridge over the Gulf of Mexico visualizing myself fishing there, somewhere in my new boat! But I could not help anticipating the tough upcoming dangerous cosmic winds ahead!  

 I drove through Florida and all the way to Mississippi where we were forced to spent the first night in a hotel because the pouring rain made it impossible for us to see or drive any longer! In fact the weather was terrible.

Twisters batter Mississippi towns; dozens hurt across South – AND WE WERE RIGHT THERE driving through! It started in northern Mississippi and didn’t lift up until western Tennessee. The National Weather Service said the tornado may have been on the ground 150 miles.

The rain was so intense that’ a tow truck driver did not see me and cut right in front of me a 65 MPH… Luckily I was able to anticipate and avoid his move and did not crash… We saw quite a lot of accidents all along Mississippi state due to this bad weather system. While I significantly reduced my speed the driving herd did not and many idiots paid the price of knowing nothing of the cosmic code or driving so fast under those dangerous conditions…

 I kept telling Terania not to worry, with the protective waxing moon and my personal positive cosmic biorhythms dates chosen to travel under,  I was certain to avoid any bad experiences on the road. And I did! Note in two weeks, during this trip, we drove exactly 4887 miles without any problem!

Miami-to-LA flight takes 20 hours am I glad I did not fly and drove to Florida instead, especially when we both love long road trips and enjoy every seconds together. Only my VIP’s new about our trip because we always share ALL plans, our experiences, video and pictures with them…

After heeding Terania’s intuition and reviewing those stars, I changed my plan and we took on the long trip back home to Arizona a day earlier… This made us avoid the worse weather system crossing Mississippi! Work, Career and Business: Just before Xmas, you may find it difficult to concentrate on your duties. Your mind will wander about the anticipated good times ahead. Deserving hard-working souls will benefit with well-earned bonuses or new opportunities to promote their careers. Mercury will make you think fast, and action will be everywhere. Be aware of the Full Moon’s tension and be ready to change your schedule. Wait for the next new Moon to face important deals.

Partnerships: Some of the people you know will have to move away, or you yourself may decide to relocate to a better place within the next few days. Expect the beginning or ending of important phases of your life and others’ too. Venus will endorse many gatherings with colleagues you have not seen for a long time. Be ready to control your emotions during the Full Moon.

Family and Friends: Expect a brother or a sister to pleasantly surprise you. A friend might show up uninvited and thus affect some of your plans. You may receive an invitation to socialize with some faraway friends or family members; use this opportunity to grow closer to them if you can. Famous Personalities: A famous person (or his child) will make dramatic news. Expect news about famous or infamous people who have made history. The past will turn alive for a while.

Events: After the Full Moon, electronics may suffer or fail to function properly. This could produce another dramatic air crash. Not a time to take any risks in the air, unless you made reservations during a waxing trend. Expect the beginning or ending of an important portion of your (and other) lives.
