Doctor says psychopaths can’t change! Well they are right and wrong at the same time! Once the adult psyche is formed, the chances of applying the will to control the natal UCI becomes impossible!
In this essay, I will explain why traditionally educated adults have a problem accepting the concept of Astroforensics, Astropsychology and the UFO phenomenon. It is much easier to ridicule my work than to accept a new “cosmic” principle that demand a very advanced perceptive UCI to decipher.
While I will do my best to explain the relationship between the human mind and the Universal mind, many “young souls” are ill fitted to penetrate the archetypal realm of supra cosmic consciousness. But not all scientists own the same limited cosmic mental design and those well read people will be able to delegate with my work diligently!
Indeed a child must be “cosmically” educated before, during or just after puberty to be able to apply the will and avoid becoming a psychopath. While I gave the solution in my videos with Adam Lanza and through George Noory TV show, my work is much too advanced for the majority of God fearing and growing atheist spiritless society…

CNN: If the criminal is a psychopath, the answer is very simple. They don’t feel empathy or guilt. So instead of asking, “How could they do this horrible thing?” the more pertinent question might be, “When did they start doing horrible things?”
DT Rebuttal: The word psychopath is a new scientific term created to explain something science understand rationally through the five “educated” human senses. But in fact, it is a cosmic dance, inducing various cosmic winds impregnating the human psyche at birth, developing into deep passionate convictions that can not be controlled as the cosmic “endoctrinement” gets deeper roots.
But how can all this cosmic mumbo-jumbo make sense when the majority of people have no clue of the subtle universal principles taking place? Instead of trying to be above creation and the cosmic code, scientists need to come back to the spirit to uncover the answer of the human mind connection to the Universal mind. And without Astrology, there is no way to get to those spiritually refined answers.
CNN: What defines a psychopath Psychopaths are pathological liars, manipulators, and charmers. They have a distinct lack of remorse for their own bad actions, a failure to accept responsibility for the same, and an overall lack of empathy. They are impulsive and irresponsible, seeking constant stimulation. Many are horribly violent and their motives “more commonly will involve sadistic gratification,” according to an FBI bulletin devoted to the disorder. “The psychopath is an intraspecies predator,” it reads. Psychopaths are found in every country, belong to every race, and the majority are men. According to several studies, roughly 1% of the men in the United States are probably psychopaths, and they most likely exhibited signs at a very young age. Those signs are key — there is no known cure for full-blown psychopathy.
Dr. Turi Rebuttal: The above enunciate a supreme scientific rational explanation to what the conflicting planets interacting with each others produces at a psychical level. One single word “psychopathy” can not accurately describe a multitude of nefarious complex planetary aspects, natal. hidden dragons stimulating the worse “psychopathic” manifesto in humans.

Science is gone totally the wrong way by eliminating the work of all erudite men of the past and instead of building on such supreme wisdom like I do, they trust their sophisticated scientific equipments.

There are many remedies available, especially those I designed to improve or “delete” inauspicious “cosmic winds” through the use of various casted talismans.
But the possibility of using energetic safe and efficace cosmic tools created by the genius of gifted soul operating in ancient civilizations, or accept the reality of ET’s is something all the ” mind experts” were conditioned to ridicule! Indeed to those well read subhumans, the Soul of the Cosmos does NOT exist and this cosmic ignorance is the core of all humanity’s increasing, soon unstoppable problems.
But without understanding Saturn’s afflictive priorities at a spiritual level, scientists are “dancing” on one foot only! While my cosmic teachings could propel science and the understanding of the human psychical functions to the “moon” they are all unwilling to cast aside spiritual pride and their own constrictive “accredited” education.
August 24, 2006 PRAGUE, Czech Republic, 2,500 astronomers from 75 nations attended a conference only about 300 showed up to vote. This mean, 2200 others people did not vote and that is a significant number that could easily have turned the balance around. Nevertheless they still proceeded with the vote knowing that 2200 other person were missing and that is an injustice in itself. I am not surprised knowing that 99.9% of the entire world’s population (especially scientists) love to ridicule the opposition due to their lack of cosmic consciousness.
The “thwarted” mind of those astronomers make them incapable to enter or even conceive the archetypal realm of consciousness. I wonder how Copernicus and so many other wise astrologers of Antiquity would feel about this “decision” made by a bunch of badly informed unconscious “educated” people.
Furthermore this generation of scientists was born with Pluto (perception/discernment/depth of the thoughts/metaphysics etc.) into the logical; rational scientifically oriented sign of Virgo and victimized by the current “OCD generation.” Thus it is not surprising “to miss the entire forest for the tree” and worse, be apt to auto analyze themselves and their ridiculous vote.

An untreatable condition?
CNN: Researchers continue to search for a successful treatment plan, but “we don’t have a therapy for it, and there’s no known pill for psychopathy,” said Mary Ellen O’Toole, a former FBI profiler who has written extensively about psychopaths.Any attempt at therapy has to be carefully structured and monitored, particularly in the case of a criminal psychopath, as they are equipped with the skill and motivation to act more as a predator than a patient. They can easily identify weaknesses in their therapists and feign progress to shorten treatment.
Psychopaths don’t seek out treatment on their own, said Robert Hare, who has studied psychopathy for more than 40 years and developed the scale used to measure it. He explained that psychopaths, not suffering any psychological or physical pain, don’t believe there’s anything about themselves that needs fixing.What kind of treatment might a psychopath even receive? “You can try to train them to feel emotions,” said Hare, “but that is like trying to train a cat to be a mouse. None of the programs seem to work except those that change behavioral problems.
You might get them to look out for themselves in a different way, to develop an enlightened self-interest.” And in order to do that, early detection is paramount.Warning signs” If you look back in the childhood of any offender you can find a long, long history,” said Hare, who authored “Without Conscience: The Disturbing World of the Psychopaths Among Us.” For the violent psychopath, an early sign might be cruelty to animals or complete lack of caring for other children, including teasing or even hurting them.It goes beyond the typical arguments at school or scuffles between siblings. “The behavior has to be well outside the norm,” Hare said.
While children are not labeled psychopaths, the markers that predict a high probability a child will develop a psychopathic personality include many of the same characteristics: lack of guilt; lack of empathy; lack of concern about performance; and shallow or insincere emotions.
DT Rebuttal: The underlined above sentence is a perfect and logical explanation of the restrictive, cold, calculated Saturnian effects regulating the core of science and engineering or the sign of Capricorn. The same “freezing” cosmic wind is cursing scientific exploration of the divine, the spirit and bring serious limitation/obstruction to intuitiveness and spirituality and steer ridicule by offending the spiritual pride of all scientists who assume knowing better.
Over time, the behavior proves to be much more severe than typical childhood selfishness. DT Rebuttal: “callous-unemotional” is a trait a doctor need to dissociate himself “emotionally” to be able to perform gasly, bloody surgery on patients. The same reasoning apply for a sniper trained to kill people from distance, not everyone cosmic make up can perform as such or become a cold sniper. Saturn psychological purposes are designed by the cosmic code for reasons science is still unable to rationalize with, mostly because no one taught them the secrets of the cosmic code. Using rational “medical tests” will never offer a solid accurate diagnostic cosmic consciousness alone can detect safely and affordably.
CNN: However, functional magnetic resonance imaging scans have shown some functional differences in psychopaths’ brains, particularly in the frontal cortex and limbic system.
DT Rebuttal: Depicting physical brain anomalies using scanning technology is like taking your computer to a shop! While removing the virus can easily be done with programs designed to do so, fixing the psychopaths’ virus can not be performed on any human after puberty!
CNN: Psychopathy is also an inherited condition, according to J. Reid Meloy, forensic psychologist and author of “The Psychopathic Mind.” “The more severe the psychopathy, the greater the inheritance for the disorder,” he said. Hare agreed, adding, “There are genetic factors involved. There is enormous evidence indicating psychopathy is an interaction between genetics and the environment.”
DT Rebuttal: Both cosmic unconscious scientists are absolutely wrong, the human karmic inherited UCI is a very private spiritual “DNA” belonging ONLY to his owner. While you are 100% physically and genetically related to your family tree, your closest family member is a total “spiritual independent foreign” entity! The Unique Celestial Identity is cosmically engineered to respond differently and individually to the cosmic code jurisdictions! This is exactly what nefarious groups of ET’s need to infect a young human being.
Thus, at a psychical level, you have nothing to do with your family! You will never behave, believe, create, feel, sense, experience or live life the way they do or like you do! Cosmic consciousness for each and every human being should be (and will be) mandatory in the future once the dry, idiotic atheists and scientists alike give room to a new and more spiritually advanced generation.
Investing in the human UCI and every human being cosmic identity is part of the integral solution that will finally stop separatism, racism, crime and the universal religious /scientific stupidity. Only then will humanity understand the universal cosmic purpose in place and the crucial part they play in this dense physical world.
Early intervention
CNN: In the search for a treatment or management plan for psychopathy, “early intervention is really the only thing that’s been shown to be effective,” said Matt Logan, another leading researcher in the field and a former prison psychologist.Intensive, regular, long-term intervention from both parents and teachers is key. Programs may use cognitive behavioral therapy, group therapy, or other methods. Because children showing high levels of the callous-unemotional traits also typically have very low levels of fear and anxiety, they usually don’t have a positive behavior change from programs emphasizing discipline. They are more likely to respond well to positive reinforcement and reward-oriented programs.
DT Rebuttal: Human are not pets, treats do not work and cosmic unconscious teachers from all walks of life are no help! Indeed “early intervention” is really the only thing that’s is effective, but it is only through spiritual awareness and proper cosmic teachings. Integration of Astropsychology in schools, colleges and universities, especially during the crucial puberty time would help mold and free the psyche to its inherited karmic cosmic pestilence and the will with good intentions only of course, applied by its owner.
Though there is some debate, many researchers believe it’s important to recognize the children who need this specific, tailored help, even at the risk of a stigmatizing label like callous-unemotional, or later, psychopath. The goal, Hare said, “is to get these children to act more in line with what society expects.”And as Hare points out, “Not all psychopaths are criminals. They are in business, government, academia and media. You’ll find lots of these people, but they’re not committing criminal acts. They will take advantage of people.”
