All I can hope is to bring some clarifications to the Cosmic Code (and the reptilius effect) which afflict people and the public at large. I was as usual right on the dot, then we discussed some private matters involving his split up with Pamela and I will not share those emails by respect for his “privacy.” Meantime he did not hesitate to expose his own messed up divorce to the public requesting “donations” for you to pay for the legal cost! The fact remain there is NO difference between selling religious fears of fear of the institutionalized governmental  power. Nowadays, in 2011, a  cosmic unconscious, envenomed David Icke is being helped by the same very Dragon’s Tail (negative) and the reptilius that messed up his psyche a few years ago. Currently the very same Dragon is afflicting the US and endorsing his demented imaginative work. And the good news is…I saw it all and predicted it all!

Yes it a fact, Princess Diana was assassinated but it is after checking both the stars and UCI or “Unique Celestial Identity” of infected Prince Charles and his victim that I know  this to be true. DT Rebuttal:  No one can really blame David for all this nonsense because this is HIS own manifesting contaminated FEARS, his own reality, and he is incapable of acknowledging the phenomenon.

Meantime one must remember another  evil contaminated soul also born in April (Hitler) and like David Icke, he mesmerize, “hypnotize” people the same way using a mixture of passion, words and fears, all designed to OWN people mind and power over them.     The stars do not lie and there is a serious warning there I hope you will grasp.

The fact is David’s natal UCI involve the utmost powerful planet of the Zodiac Pluto, regulating his 8th house (Raw power/corporate money/secrets societies)  this are the topics he need to investigate to regenerate.

Furthermore Bernie Madoff and  David Icke were born on the same day or April 29th not to forget Dominique Strauss-Kahn also born in April and this simply prove my claim ab out his obsession with money and power.

I believed that he was educated and insightful when I read his first book and had no idea that the information that grabbed me had been taken lock stock and barrel from others. I thought David was special because he was ‘in tune’ and because he reprinted his own and others’ psychic messages about him and what is going on in the world.  When he released his second book, I accepted his word when he said he was in almost daily communication with ascended masters, Jesus Christ, Rkaorski, Saint Germain etc. But I know better now.

  I accepted that his – what I would have judged otherwise – intolerable behavior of flaunting his pregnant girl fiend in the face of his wife and expecting her to accept it because if she didn’t she didn’t understand unconditional love. I know better now.  I accepted and was stunned by the conspiracy material in Robot’s Rebellion.

I thought his observations and witticisms were profound. That is, until I read Behold a Pale Horse by William Cooper which was where most of what I considered astute observations had been taken from, despite David saying directly that he had come up with, for example renaming the Protocols of the Elders of Zion the Illuminati Protocols  to get away from the anti-Semitic tag. I know better now. I also know that half of Robot’s is erroneous, even Cooper himself stated that the alien agenda was a fake and he had been used as an unwitting dupe to perpetuate it.

And …and the truth was – and still is in my opinion – one of the best conspiracy books ever written. But I know better now to understand that the alien links are erroneous, and that it is merely a collation of other people’s work, some of whom were not credited. I know now that when David makes a profound statement, or a good witicism, it is most probably directly from someone else, who deserves the praise for it – and the dollars. I accepted that he published a book called Lifting The Veil, shortly after I gave him a copy of my own book called Lifting the Veil.

And on up to 1996, even when I was beginning to hear from various people who were consistently telling me that they had provided information for David, but were surprised at his lack of gratitude, I thought ‘ah well he’s a busy man and at the forefront of waking people up’. And when people started telling me that Icke was brash and rude when not in the public eye, that he was egocentric and behaved like he really expected people to see him as a very important person, I thought they were just misreading a very talented and intelligent man whose spirituality was deep, and that he needed his style and ego to enable him to carry on and get into the limelight, and into the faces of those who needed to know such important truth.

But in September 1996, I was with a number of friends of David and Linda Icke – who had been involved in helping him with his work. Even they didn’t like him personally, found him rude, but believed the ‘work’ transcended any personal feelings. They introduced me to Linda. The very first thing she said to me was ‘David isn’t the man you see on stage. He doesn’t walk his talk.’ During the day she told me that  she believed he was mixing with a crowd that were planting disinformation, and he was vulnerable to it because they were sycophantic type women. She told me that David had admitted having ego problems but felt he was over them, and asked Linda to tell him if she saw him going down the ‘ego road again’. She said she tried, but he wasn’t receptive – he was too concerned with breaking America and his ego had been boosted by the success of …and the truth.

I STILL saw David as ‘the man’ for the job, but by then I had a very different view of him personally. I felt sorry for Linda being treated like a doormat.

I realized that Icke had a very distorted opinion of himself, and that this delusion made him vulnerable to his naive view of the material he was writing. I began to agree with those people i now knew, who had been involved with David from the early days, who almost to a person said they couldn’t stand the man personally, did not like his company, but believed he was the best person for the job. But then, at that time, we all thought he was a very clever man with amazing powers of observation, and that the material he was writing was essentially the truth.

So I started to help him out by sending information. I introduced him to the topic of satanic organizations, I introduced him to the first satanic cult mind control victim, I provided the first health-related material for his then David Icke/Bridge of Love newsletter – 2 of which he put his own name to! I felt confident he would do the research and wasn’t afraid of breaking it into wider consciousness. I had no idea he would make such a pig’s ear of the occult-related information and end up being the instigator of one of the biggest mythologies of our age – the reptilian aliens – and that he would demonize so much that provides the very keys of understanding Creation and the way things are created by the astral level of consciousness, which is controlled by the very forces operating through satanists and Illuminists, religions etc.

I didn’t expect him to become the vehicle by which they could introduce a mass psychomimetic virus into the consciousness of those beginning to wake up. And they achieved this quite easily because David Icke was seen by so many as an intelligent, astute, spiritual, nice, trustworthy, discerning and scholarly and special kind of person.

When he came up to meet Patti – the cult victim – I was really beginning to lose the veil I had with David. But the work was important. I saw first hand what those people meant by him being rude. The way he blanked Shona trying to tell him some important information about the occult (she knew a lot about it – Icke didn’t, but he just talked her down). And when he waltzed into my house and sat down without invitation then swiped my cat off the arm of the chair without a blink, I realized that he wasn’t spiritual at all.

All that unconditional love stuff is a front. He knows how to sell himself and make people fawn for his material, but when his act ends, the guy is in my view just a rude, arrogant, egomaniac who is struggling with his own masks and trying to convince himself that he’s very special.

Important note about Halloran software.

Years ago I asked Mr. Halloran to incorporate a new “Housing System” reflecting my Nostradamus 16th century divine astrology methodology in his software. We came to an agreement of 10% off, if you purchase directly from him and always forwarded your email message with all your information for him to reach you to fulfill your order.

Halloran software has made thousands of dollars over the years with hundreds of our students, referred directly to his personal email address and his 1.800.sea.goat free telephone number.

But because of the economy, now and then we offer our VIPs’ a deal or a copy of our software and the key to open it. Without the knowledge you have tought me, I dont know where I would be. I have something to confess; I had no idea about astrology before I met Dr. Turi and no intrest in it either until I met him and he put everything in prospective for me. As much as the Captains of the past navigated safely the vast oceans with the stars relying only on science which brought the Titanic and his precious human cargo down to his watery grave. NASA’s unawareness of the Cosmic Code rules brought also the premature demise of many courageous astronauts.

I created the same type of software as NASA uses, plotting the planet’s movements and the course of the stars but my methodology is very different because unlike the Space Agency I am fully aware of the spiritual values involving those celestial bodies.

They all have very specific identities and are part of a Universal family that undeniably operates secretively in perfect spiritual harmony.

Sir Isaac Newton wrote “for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction”. We are what we think, having become what we thought. This statement emphasizes that for every thought or action, there will be an effect. This is what I call the “Universal Law”, the cause and effect of the yin and yang recognized and accepted as the LAW OF KARMA. Modern Astrology classifies the Dragon’s Head and Tail as the South and North Nodes of the Moon. To my knowledge, the Moon is, just by herself, quite responsible for the daily fate of the world and directly affects the weather and nature’s forces at work.

The waxing and waning periods of our closest satellite do produce the daily process of the tides. The lunar cycle is 28 and a half days, which is the same as a woman’s menstrual cycle. Thus, women will have a physical and spiritual response as we all will be responding subconsciously to the word, “LUNATIC/MOODY/ CRABBY”.

The scientific community is only aware of an upsurge of activity in the time of a Full Moon, but they still have no clue  of the emotional implications behind it. The police force and the hospital emergency rooms are also unusually busy during these times. The Moon’s subtle power is not yet understood by the scientific community but is wisely used with the “farmer’s Almanac.”  Many years of tedious observation have shown me that she is undeniably affecting the human psyche and our emotional  response to life’s situations.

Without opposing forces at work (positive/negative), there would be no reaction, thus, no life possible on both the spiritual and physical planes. Our so-called “dead” satellite is very much alive, and vigilantly observing her whereabouts will be obvious to the curious man.

The Dragon’s Head

The North Node of the Moon is a positive energy, a form of “wheel of fortune”, pushing the soul toward a new self-realization and sure happiness. Chinese astrologers refer to the Moon’s Nodes as the Dragon’s Head and Tail and give it tremendous attention in the natal chart. Sadly, modern astrologers tend to ignore its very existence and in the process, lose a wealth of valuable information.

To my knowledge, the Dragon, in itself, holds as much, if not more, facts and power than the entire complexity of a whole astrological chart! I found the essence of the Dragon’s secrets to be a major contribution for success or failure in one’s life. Many famous people that have made history, for good or for worse, have an obvious relationship with both the Head and the Tail of the Dragon. Your awareness of the Dragon’s Head and Tail by house or sign, including the planets affecting your natal Dragon will become a major factor for your success or your failure in life. This information is a must to have so you will fly with the Head and stay clear from the Tail of the mighty Dragon.

The Dragon’s Tail

The South Node of the Moon is a negative energy that is a form of “karmic residue”, dragging the soul toward his past accomplishments, inner fears, and weaknesses. This build-up of previous incarnations must be eliminated, and a chance is given to you by the “Great Designer” to experience new experinces and growth.

As a rule, we are all naturally attracted by the Dragon’s Tail. This is similar to a child wanting to stay home instead of going to his new school, facing others children and refusing to progress with the rest of his class. There, at home, (Tail), the soul feels secure and confident with what he knows best. In my research, I have noticed that following the Dragon’s Tail’s commands can only lead its owner toward failure, pain, drama even death.

In some extreme cases, the Dragon’s Tail causes the soul to lead other people into its own dark past life residue, (David Koresh/Jones), thereby hurting the innocent, trusting souls who follow them. Sometimes, for specific karmic reasons, the Dragon’s Tail can be used positively, thus has produced gifted musicians such as Bach and Schubert.

Here, the soul’s past life musical work comes to fruition for others to enjoy or learn from. God has allowed these “geniuses” to use their previous life’s work for the benefit of mankind, and they were able to accomplish wonders at an early age. The location of the Dragon’s Tail is where all of your weaknesses will be coming from. You have been there. You have done that.

You have learned those lessons. God will not help you there and if not aware of the Dragon’s Head which is promising opportunities, you will end up striving either for financial or emotional security. Sometimes, unexpected experiences such as an accident or the use of chemicals (drugs/alcohol/medication) will cause the soul to be drawn back into his past life residue. The purification and progress of the soul can only be found on the “next” experiences promised by the location of his Dragon’s Head by house and sign of the zodiac.

Armed with such a powerful knowledge, one is able to establish emotional, finacial and spiritual stability. We all are children of this magnificent galaxy, and there is a reason for the Dragon to be a part of the complex universal mind mechanism…

LUCKY / UNLUCKY DRAGON WINDOW DATES 

Once you order your “Personal Lucky/Unlucky Dragon Dates”  Note the link is broken but will soon be fixed! You are strongly advised to use the suggested dates for any of your speculative ventures such as traveling, flying, investments, contract signing, marriage, social interaction etc. This is like a super “green light” where the celestial order will support and protect your endeavors and when the weather pattern and nature will be less active. The negative dates (tail) simply represent the opposite and when you could end up in the wrong time and place meeting the wrong people.

Those dates may fall within a waxing or waning moon period making the energies of the dates/days much more noticeable. Thus if you travel after the Full Moon (negative) on the dates of your personal Dragon’s Tail you are taking serious chances with your life or your affairs.  Your are strongly advised to book your plane ticket duringa waxing (positive) moon to avoid the worse of your fate and make the most of your trip.

 Make sure to have your current Moon power book to check on her whereabouts each day of the year.

You may be able to pick better dates and expect protection on a waxing moon (positive) and one of the many dates all year round I will suggest so you. You should also use any waxing moon in relationship to your Personal Dragon window dates. Doing so will bring you tremendous luck.

This way, you will end up in the right time in the right place with the right people.  Regardless of my warnings a few years ago, one of my female friends went to Mexico in one of her negative dates. She ended up being flown back to the US suffering serious food poisoning and nearly lost her life. Accidents on the road will also happen during those negative “windows” and can be avoided if you use the Dragon appropriately.

Sometimes for specific karmic purposes a negative experience suffered during a good time is a wish in disguise, causing some positive results in the end. As a rule simply avoid all red zones throughout the year. My book Moon Power must be used in conjunction with those dates for much better planning. Note; On one of my good day the transmission of my truck went off but it happened just around the corner from my house as I was on my way to Los Angeles. The trip takes about 6 hours and my SUV could have broken down in the middle of the desert in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night.

Then I would have had to park it on the side of the road and the police would have for sure given me a ticket. Then the tow track and the hotel bills would have added to my problem. Worse, some crooks could also have taken all my precious cargo or my expansive alloy wheels. The weather was also terrible and I could also suffer an accident on my way.

So in some many way with the Dragon windows there is NO accident per say and the worse case scenario was avoided. Thus always remember good thing or bad things can and will take places in both the positive and negative Dragon windows. You must recognize your blessings in disguise if this happen to you too.

Sadly enough the stars don’t care much about religious holidays. Following the pull of the 2004 Supernova window (things from the past revisiting) during the Christmas holiday, thousands of people were reuniting by visiting family members or taking vacations in parts of Asia. Incidentally I was also supposed to go to Thailand with my good friend Owen but by checking the dates I changed my plan and saved my own life. I have a few friends that are now dead in Phuket and that is the ultimate price one must pay by ignoring universal laws.

Astropsychology is not yet endorsed, understood, taught in our colleges and Universities. You have been given a chance to make a wise choice, while many of the 2004 deadly tsunami victims did not have that option. It is the knowledge of how to interpret the stars that can help us live our lives in the flow of energy that is protective and nourishing.

Indeed, the whole world operates in a blind state, unaware of the celestial forces or the will of God that affect us daily. It is my mission to further mankind’s enlightenment using the knowledge of the stars.

Moon Universal Law Explanation

Remember this sentence? There is a tide in the affairs of man, when taken at its crest, leads on to fortune. I personally believe that, at least subconsciously, there is an awareness of the gearbox or the timing involving man and our closest satellite, the Moon.

Every day that God has created sees the procession of stars across the vault of the sky; they have followed the same path through the heavens, tracing the immutability of the cosmos and its constellations, which have spoken to the wise since the beginning of time. This work will explain in detail the subtle energy produced by the Moon’s passage through the twelve houses and signs of the Zodiac. I have noticed the dualistic nature of life, man/woman, front/back, up/down, black/white, yin/yang, positive/negative, the ultimate law of opposition. I soon began to realize that nothing would exist without its counterpart, and this Law of opposition was much too obvious to be challenged or ignored. I began to wonder if God would be without the Devil. One month is made up of two two-week periods, one year of two six-month periods. From the New Moon (black dot on your calendar) to the Full moon (a circle on your calendar), the light is green.

Those two weeks are called “the waxing time.” Then when you see her full, white and round, the light is amber. Those two weeks are called “the waning time.” As she starts her positive waxing time, you should plant your seeds for life. Go out, meet new people, socialize, get engaged, get married, buy a new car, go shopping, sign important contracts, travel, visit family members and generally promote all you can during this positive trend. Earthquakes tend to occur when diurnal tidal forces are able to release the accumulated strain on a fault. Hard planetary aspects appear able to increase the strain on a fault. Perhaps the computer-aided Astrogeologists of the future will be able to do the kind of micro-mapping and analysis needed to predict which faults are most susceptible to increased strain. As for the timing, my technique to predict earthquakes seems to be more accurate than all the latest computerized electronic equipment combined together!

I understand the financial situation of people produced by this terrible economy but the reality is when you offer too much for free people tend to expect more and do not realize how valuable (if not priceless) REAL predictions really are and lose interest. There will be four major negative SUPERNOVA windows in the year 2010. Each destructive “window” is operational for three to four weeks, thus caution is strongly advised during this period. Heavy loss of lives due to nature’s devastating forces, aeronautical disasters and structural damage is to be expected. EXPLANATION OF A SUPERNOVA WINDOW

There is a concentration of negative celestial energy approaching so be extremely prudent while driving and expect chain-reaction accidents. Be prepared for delays, strikes, and nature producing awful weather, including hurricanes, volcano eruption and tornadoes. The same energy that produced the Titanic disaster, the Asia tsunami the Northridge Los Angeles and Kobe Japan earthquakes and major other calamities is approaching again. Remember the thwarted terrorist attack of August 2006 in the UK where the BA canceled thousands of flights just because all passengers did not check ALL handbags before boarding their planes. Those people did not have a copy of Moon Power and paid the price of ignorance and suffered serious delays and frustrations that could easily been avoided had they travel before or after those dates. Note we are today 1/7/2010, under such a window and BA once more made the news with the possibility of strikes during the holy-days.

Double-check all your appointments, and if you can postpone traveling and flying during this Supernova “window”. If you must fly like I do very often simply make sure to purchase your ticket and make your reservation during a waxing moon and the stars will not bother you. Remember the Universal Laws do not care for birthday or religious holidays or else, simply think of crossing the street while the light is red or ignore a stop sign, then see what will happen to you. Those laws are impartial and written by God not men and messing them up will bring about serious penalty. Note that; I flew only a few days before the Full Moon in August 2006 to Thailand during a “Supernova Window” to write this book and I traveled safely and avoided all trouble. Remember knowledge is power ignorance is evil!

Communication and electricity will be cut off, and a general loss of power is to be expected. Appliances, computers, telephones, planes, trains, cars, all of these “tools” will be affected by this energy. They will be stopped in one way or another. The people of the past will make the news and will reenter your life. Expect trouble “or news” from the post office, education, students, strikes, prisoner’s escape, newspapers, broadcasting industries and computer viruses may bother us again. Many a failed mission and expensive electronic equipment (Mars probe etc.) and our tax dollars have been wasted because of the scientist’s lack of knowledge of the stars. As usual NASA, which is not aware of the science of astrology, will waste our tax money with failed missions due to bad weather and electronic malfunctions.

In the name of ignorance a few years ago, in the Challenger explosion seven astronauts lost their lives when NASA launched the shuttle under a “Supernova Window”. Note: Regardless of Dr. Turi’s expectations posted on his website for the second time and his desperate attempts over the years to make NASA officials aware of dangerous Super Nova Windows, the Columbia was also launched during this window and re-entered the last night of it producing the death of all courageous astronauts.

Marine life sharks, whales etc may also beach themselves due to Mercury retrograde affecting their natural inborn navigational systems. All these malevolent predictions and waste of lives and equipment do not have to occur. Those predictions do not have to affect you directly as they unfold. Instead, they are printed to prepare you for setbacks and frustrations, thus advising you to be patient and prudent during this trend. There is no room for ignorance, and those who are not aware of the celestial order, including the NASA space-program management team, will continue to pay a heavy price. In all mankind’s affairs, ignorance is true evil. Why any scientists who are against my research do not honor the word science, which is based upon solid investigation, is solid proof of mental snobbery. By omitting any physical or spiritual laws can only bring penalty; for science’s purpose is to explore all possibilities, even those laws written in light via the stars.
Earthquake Predictions

Earthquakes tend to occur when diurnal tidal forces are able to release the accumulated strain on a fault. Hard planetary aspects appear able to increase the strain on a fault. Perhaps the computer-aided Astrogeologists of the future will be able to do the kind of micro-mapping and analysis needed to predict which faults are most susceptible to increased strain. As for the timing, my technique to predict earthquakes seems to be more accurate than all the latest computerized electronic equipment combined together!

So the scientific community likes solid proofs? Here it is again and anything that has ever been posted on the Internet is there to stay forever and with a little search on “Deja New” anyone can trace these posts.

Firstly, my heart goes to all the victims of this tragedy, and may God bless the souls of the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Indeed this is one of the worst hurricanes in the U.S. history.

Bill Lokey, the federal coordinating officer for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, described Katrina as probably “the most significant disaster ever to hit the United States in FEMA’s history.” Perhaps heads of state, Bill Lokey, NWS and NASA responsible should pay more attention to the stars.

George Noory, host of Coast-to-Coast AM asked me about the intensity and numbers of those natural disasters hitting the world. I gave him my answer but I doubt very much that science and the majority of people will understand the true manifestations behind these devastative natural forces. I will attempt to tell you more later on.

There are of course others that feel that I make a living gambling and hoping on negative predictions, and that I am content when these disasters occur. For those of you who know my work, and me I need not exemplify how false that is. Many of you would be amazed to read what type of emails I get from the fearful religious lunatics, jealous ignorant young souls or simply misguided people cruising the net landing on my site.

Note that ALL major catastrophes were predicted in Moon Power: this includes Hurricane Andrew, the Kobe earthquake, the Asia Tsunami, SARS the New York and London terrorist attacks, the Bush re-election, the war in Iraq and so many others. I even predicted Art Bell broadcasting troubles and printed his name in big letter in my book and announced in 1991 that the United States was to get into a very nasty religious war.

When will the uneducated mass realize that if you must invest in a “psychic” the least that one can do is to check his/her credibility and read his/her well-documented predictions? Well right above your head in the Universe there are planets and those celestial bodies are more than dead rocks. Thursday June 22nd, 2006 The Dragon’s Head will enter the sign of Pisces

Important Change of guard! True New Year for the world.

The news Dragon in Pisces will force a total restructure of the pharmaceutical companies the FDA and the oil industry. Pisces rules the Middle East and will bring more attacks by terrorists worldwide. Neptune (ruler of Pisces) rules also chemicals and poison and could bring about disaster at sea and on the American and allied soils. Serious decision pertaining to the war in the Middle East will have to be taken by the US and British government.

The entire region will ally against the west and will force the US into a much-needed adjustment. Expect more devastating attacks in both the US and the UK and parts of Asia that could lead to a secret nuclear debate in due time. This general threat will bring more fears into god-fearing people and will increase the churches humongous wealth and its leaders in the last breath of the dying Pisces age. Certain laws will be passed to stop the proliferations of religious buildings disfiguring Indian lands and cities blocks zonings while many protestors from different holy background will set them on fire.

New laws will be established for the shipping industry to avoid a way for terrorists to bring deadly weaponry and chemicals to the US. A full restructure of the shipping industry will also be imposed by the US Homeland security to avoid such possible disasters. Secret business sale of gas masks will be uncovered and coastline cities public dancing places, Sea world and US exotic islands including Australia will become new targets for the terrorists.

New pharmaceutical companies will merge under new corporate names to avoid legal battles and future bankruptcy. Accident/terrorism/oil at sea is to be expected while the hurricane / tornadoes season will bring devastating flooding.

Neptune rules also oil companies and will impose a serious re-structures and merging of oil giants. Gas price will be skyrocketing forcing the population to ask lawmakers to stop the constant rise of oil price. Expect a wet year with serious floorings and a series of super hurricanes and tornadoes that will destroy costliness and some islands worldwide. The fishing and boating industry will also be restructured while nerve gas and warfare chemical agents will become a serious threat against many countries allied with the US.

Expect disturbing news coming from natural reservoirs, lakes and rivers. Expect also naval accidents involving ships and nuclear submarines during 2006 Supernova windows. The dragon head and tail in Pisces Virgo axis will also bring the highest numbers of incarcerations including serious unrest and riots in jails leading to many death and suicides.
